How does your food affect your gut flora? And vice versa, what does your gut flora do with your food? Find out what you can do to give your body the best possible digestion. In this talk I will again give you lots of sound, practical tips that you can easily try at home.
Our gut flora is formed at the end of our digestive system. Food that we cannot digest is still made useful to us by a team of trillions of gut bacteria. As their products enter our bloodstream via the gut, they affect our overall health. But feeding yourself and your gut flora goes far beyond eating the right nutrients. In this talk I will also discuss the influence of the nervous system, the immune system and the vital importance of microbial biodiversity in your gut.
